Made It possible for me to keep going to jiu-jitsu 3-4 times per week and not be unable to get out of bed. And, to focus on breathing and control

It's made cycling much easier for me. I can ride a lot further than I used to before I started practicing yoga. My recovery time after long rides is much faster as well.
I also practice Tai Chi and swimming. It has helped me with the flexibility and equilibrium, and my breathing is more profound.
